Some days are always better than others. I usually try to have some kind of plan for the day. You know, some kind of amazing thing for the girls to see and experience that they will always remember and think I’m the best mommy EVER. Let’s be honest, that happens maaaaayyyybe once a month, if that. HA! Most days we’re lucky if we make it to the park before lunch and naps. And most afternoons we just hang out around the house because I really don’t have the energy to dress them, pack all the snacks, make sure they have clean diapers, put shoes on the toddler after searching the whole house for them, turn off all the lights, and Bobo..we can’t forget Bobo! (<— my daughter’s monkey that has become my 3rd child! I’ll save that for another post.) Ahh..the life of a SAHM (stay at home mom).
But I absolutely loooove spending my days with these girls. As much as my toddler drives me nuts with her energy and short attention span, they both make me laugh and put a smile on my face so much more. Here’s a perfect example of an afternoon at home with my 8month old. She’s super mobile now and is a really fast crawler, so sometimes I have to contain her to her pack&play. She’s usually pretty content playing with her toys and watching whatever is going on around her.

I walk out of the room for one minute and come back to see that my 2yr old put these bunny ears on her little sister. These pics make me laugh..every time I look at them..which is a lot! (Yes, I realize I have my ‘mom-goggles’ on, but com’on…just LOOK at that face!)
